Castle Knoll is an exciting venue for live outdoor entertainment! Known for it's iconic white fence amongst the sprawling hills Castle Knoll is where history matters and becomes known again!

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

-Where can I purchase tickets to concerts and events?   
Online at www.CKAMP.com, www.ETIX.com, or at Wilstem Wildlife Park. ETIX is the only authorized seller of tickets for Castle Knoll Amphitheater.

-Are coolers allowed?   
Coolers and outside food and beverages are PROHIBITED at Castle Knoll Amphitheater. We proudly offer food and beverages at reasonable prices.

-What is your smoking/vaping policy?   
Castle Knoll Amphitheater proudly provides our guests a smoke-free, vape-free concert experience. There are two smoking & vaping areas, clearly marked, on the venue grounds. These are outside of the performance and seating areas. Smoking & vaping are allowed ONLY in these areas. This policy is strictly enforced.   

-Are children required to have tickets?    
A ticket is required for all guests, except for infants 12 months of age or younger, who will be held on a lap for the entire event.

   

-Do I need to bring a chair?  
Chairs are not provided. Guests may bring one (1) small folding chair and/or a blanket. At entry, guests must pass through security screening. 

-Is there an ATM on-site?   
There is no ATM on site. Credit and debit cards are accepted at the venue.   

-Can I purchase Season Passes?   
We do not currently offer Season Passes. Please sign up for our email newsletter to be the first to learn about concert and event announcements.   

-Do you sell alcohol?   
Yes, for guests 21 and over.

-What is the rain policy for shows?   
All shows are Rain or Shine. Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. If an event begins but is later cut short due to unexpected severe weather, it is not considered a cancellation. In case of a show cancellation, an announcement will be made, and ticket holders will be notified and informed. Refunds are typically offered only in the event of a complete event cancellation. There may or may not be a rescheduled date.   

-When do the doors open before the concert?   
Typically, gates are open 1.5 hours before show time. This is subject to change for individual shows. *PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY if you plan on seeing the opening act(s).*   

-Is Castle Knoll Amphitheater ADA compliant?   
Yes, Castle Knoll Amphitheater is ADA-compliant and accessible.    

-Where can we stay overnight locally?

-Are there options to eat before/after the show?   
French Lick and Paoli, Indiana, have many one-of-a-kind dining options for tourists. Please check the VISIT US tab for information about local dining options.

POLICIES

In the interests of safety and security for our guests and a more efficient entry process at the gate, we have a CLEAR BAGS ONLY POLICY. 
Clear bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are prohibited. 
All other bags are prohibited. 

Only clear plastic or vinyl bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed. Clear fanny packs are permitted so long as they fall within the size guidelines. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search, and the venue can refuse entry. If you have items not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

Please review our list of prohibited items below. There are no exceptions.

Service animals (as defined by ADA standards) are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.

-Baseballs, footballs, tennis balls, hula hoops, beach balls, etc.

-Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc. 
-No grills or fires in the parking lots 
-Other items are at the security team's and venue management's discretion.

Management reserves the right to prohibit items not listed above.

ADA Accessibility  
ADA sections allow for one (1) ADA-ticketed seat and one (1) ticketed companion seat. ALL must possess a ticket. Wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers are allowed for ADA.

ARMBANDS
Color-coded armbands will be placed on all guests at entry. Armbands MUST remain on at all times. If a guest removes his/her armband or it loses it, the guest will have to purchase another armband for $10 at customer service after showing proof of ticket and ID. 

Firearms / Weapons
-Firearms are strictly prohibited at Castle Knoll Amphitheater. There are no exceptions. Any patron found to be carrying a firearm will be immediately removed from the venue by law enforcement. 
-Weapons of any type are prohibited. 

The following items are PERMITTED inside Castle Knoll Amphitheater: 
-Cell Phones
-Blankets
-Small, folding lawn chairs. Small lawn chairs or foldable camp chairs only. Canopy chairs and reclining chairs are not permitted.
-Clear Bags in accordance with policy.

Dress Code 
Patrons entering the Castle Knoll Amphitheater must be dressed appropriately (including a shirt and shoes) and remain clothed at all times. 

Entry/Security 
Patrons should allow ample time for mandatory security procedures when entering Castle Knoll Amphitheater. Security procedures may include a bag search, metal detection, and contents of pockets emptied.

Lost & Found 
Items found before, during, or after an event will be directed to Wilstem Wildlife Park. During regular business hours, patrons may contact the office at 812-936-4484 to inquire about lost items. 

Projectiles 
Throwing any object inside Castle Knoll Amphitheater is strictly prohibited. Anyone witnessed throwing a projectile of any size will be ejected from the venue. 

Re-Entry 
Re-entry is strictly prohibited during ticketed events. No exceptions.

Smoking / Vaping
Castle Knoll Amphitheater proudly provides our guests a Smoke-Free / Vape-Free concert experience. Smoking / Vaping is only permitted in the designated smoking/vaping area and not allowed inside the venue's seating/listening areas. This policy is strictly enforced. Thank you for your cooperation. 

What is your rain / severe weather policy? 
Concerts are Rain or Shine. In severe weather, we may pause or delay the concert until severe weather passes. We have procedures to keep everyone safe in an emergency or severe weather. You may bring a poncho or raincoat. Umbrellas are not allowed. 

Special Effects 
Concerts and Events at Castle Knoll Amphitheater may include loud music and sounds, as well as strobe, hydro, pyrotechnics, and other special effects, including flashing lights, rapidly changing or alternating images, the use of fog, haze, or smoke with theatrical stage lighting, laser projections, and fireworks.

Tickets 
ETix is Castle Knoll Amphitheater's only authorized ticketing agent. Patrons are encouraged to exercise caution when purchasing tickets from unauthorized vendors or websites. Selling tickets on or near the venue is strictly prohibited, as is reselling. Castle Knoll Amphitheater is not responsible for tickets sold by resellers or third parties.

Liability
By purchasing tickets and attending events at Castle Knoll Amphitheater, guests assume liability, absent gross and willful negligence on the part of the venue, for any injuries sustained.
